So I think there’s some Irish in my somewhere, and I decided to make St. Patrick’s Day dinner, but I didn’t plan well and it didn’t get done. Consequently, tonight we’re having corned beef brisket and Cabbage and Potato Bake. Those Irish, they boil their meat. I am cooking it according to package suggestion, and I am going to add a glaze and bake it at the end, so it won’t seem so weird. If it’s weird, at least we have Guinness.
